She feels and terrified that every night there is someone in the kitchen but it is she who is in the kitchen talking to herself. Talking to her guilt.

She is not dead, she is living with the guilt that she lost her child because she was late in preparing the lunch box. So every night she wakes up and prepares the lunch box She feels someone is in the kitchen but she herself is in the kitchen talking to herself. I hope it made some sense.

Thanks for your comment. This end requires interpretation from each individual viewer. When I watched it my interpretation was " The lady is so much into the guilt that she couldn't make the tiffin for her son on time and hence she lost him. Now she has some psychiatric condition, she is viewing herself cooking the tiffin for her sone every night" I hope it helps. I will suggest you to watch again and see if this is your interpretation too.
